Within the framework of the my-fotoflex service enabling online photo prints, anywhere in France and in Europe, thanks to innovative, intelligent printing solutions made available by independent service providers (referred to below as the “Partners”):

    • DNP PIE acts as processing controller to make the Platform and its functionalities available;

    • The Partner acts as a separate processing controller to process orders that you place. 

Before or at the time of collecting personal data, you will be informed of the use that we will make of it.

We only collect and use the personal data that are necessary for the purposes that we have defined beforehand and for other similar purposes, other than with the prior consent of the person concerned or as required by law.

Geolocation

You can use the geolocation feature on your unit to optimise operation of the Platform, which suggests to you the stores nearest to you. The processing is based on your consent.  You can disable it at any time. The geolocation data are not stored.

If you decide against using geolocation, you can use the Platform via a direct search for Partners. 

Storage period

DNP PIE only stores your personal data for the period necessary to meet the purposes identified above or that you have authorised subsequently. Thus your data are stored for the duration of the commercial relations.

Orders 

The data that you send to the Partners to  place orders are processed solely by the Partners. DNP PIE cannot access those data, nor can it be held liable for those data. We invite you to find out about the Partners’ policies covering personal data to know your rights.

Cookies

DNP PIE may be led, with your consent, to record short text files (known as “cookies”) on your peripheral; their role is solely technical, and they enable enhanced user experience regarding the Platform.

The information contained in these cookies is only stored for a period of six (6) months at most.

Security and confidentiality

DNP PIE uses suitable security means to protect personal data from loss and theft, and also from illicit access, disclosure, copies, uses and modifications, within the following limits: it is impossible to fully guarantee the security of the Internet and the data sent to the Platform, and it is impossible to act as a substitute for the precautions that you have to take (it is up to you to take all precautions necessary to ensure the confidentiality of your passwords and avoid disclosing them to any persons not authorised to use them).

Your rights

In compliance with the legislation applicable regarding protection of personal data, you hold rights to access, modify and delete data concerning you. You can send your requests either by email to dpo.pie@dnp-g.com.

All such requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document for the person concerned; the document will only be stored for purposes of identification and to deal with the reply. DNP PIE has a period of two (2) months as from the date of receipt of the complete request to reply.

You are also entitled to forward a complaint to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) for France.

Modifications to the present policy covering personal data

The present policy covering personal data can be reviewed by DNP PIE at any time, in the light of changes in the legislation or the activities of DNP PIE.

In the event of modifications to the policy, the new version in force is applicable as from the date at which it is put online on the Platform.

In the event of a dispute, the policy covering personal data to be taken into account is the policy in force at the time of the facts giving rise to the dispute
